I received my appraisal in the mail but have not received the jewelry?
All our jewelry is sent registered insured mail and
because of this it has to be personally signed by each person who
touches it. Sometimes it can take over a week from the time it is sent to arrive. The appraisal is sent separately, first class mail and
arrives much faster.
How much does it cost to size a ring.
The cost is $100 for the first size and $75 for each size afterwards. Thus one size up or down is $100 and if you want to go 1 and 1/2 or 2 sizes bigger the cost is $175, for 2 and 1/2 to 3 sizes larger the cost is $250 and so on. Please contact us first if you need to have a ring sized, because many times rings cannot be sized or can only be sized only so much.
Why am I being charged money? I thought this was 100% Barter.
The money that we are collecting cash is for the postage and the
insurance only. The jewelry is 100% barter.
What if someone else
wants to buy the piece of jewelry I am interested in?
When you pay the shipping cost the Item will be taken off the site and upon approval from Malibu Barter Exchange it will be sent to you.
